Extremely rare First Edition of one of my favourite books with a stunning collection of photos from this great era.  Hardbound with dust jacket.  23cm x 31cm.  The book itself is in extremely good condition, the dust jacket has numerous closed tears, but nothing is missing.  It is protected with a plastic cover, the diagonal creasemarks shown are on the plastic cover, not the dust jacket itself.
