Superb book, wonderful period photos throughout. This is the original 1998 edition. The 2009 ‘reprint’ is not as good quality as the original, the photos having been scanned and so lose much of their sharpness.  Hardbound with dust jacket.  30.5cm x 24cm.  The book is in excellent condition,  the dust jacket has some light creasing to the bottom edge of the front cover and is now in a protective plastic sleeve.  Large and heavy, so additional postage costs will apply.
