Scarce title with an in-depth look at this important period, including some of the most innovative manufacturers and personalities.  Illustrated.  Hardbound with dust jacket.  16.5cm x 24cm.  In very good condition, the dust jacket is in poor condition as shown, though mostly complete, a common problem with this book as the paper used for the jacket isn’t great quality.  It is now in a protective plastic sleeve.
