Extremely rare and sought-after First Edition of this motoring classic. Illustrated with numerous photos of the Itala, plus people and sights seen on the way.  The condition is good for its age – as you can see there is some general wear to the cover edges, but the lovely colour illustration to the cover is in very good condition;  the cover to the spine as you can see has become detached and is no longer with the book.  The binding is still tight, however, with no loose pages. There is a small closed tear to a few of the early title pages, but nothing is missing.  Priced for its condition – the last perfect example made over £1000.  It is featured as Collector’s Book of the month in Octane magazine no.191, May 2019.
